SNWA and advertising agency R&R Partners from Las Vegas have released this ridiculous spot recently.

The commercial features three moms being distracted by a neighbor. He is quite an unattractive man, however, the ladies are quite captivated by him. Apparently, it is the water saving, that makes him so attractive to them. SNWA promotes the campaign, that encourages to save water resources.
